Kylie - Co-Owner
Kylie wears a couple of hats around the practice as both the Scheduling Coordinator and a Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2012 with her A.A.S in Dental Assisting, then went on to DMACC where she earned her A.A.S in Dental Hygiene in 2015 with honors. Currently, she is taking a break from office life to stay home with her three favorite little people: Eleanor, Zoey, and Clare. When she is not chasing the kids around, she enjoys vacationing and spending time with her friends!
Kylie loves being a part of Grimes Dental Group alongside her husband. Being able to design this dream together and see it come to life has been truly amazing. Her hope is that all patients feel welcome and comfortable when they are in.
INDIRA - Office Manager
Indira graduated from Drake University in 2021 with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and Management. She has a special interest in medical/dental practices and her goal is to always acquire more knowledge about the healthcare industry, including the complex and involving insurance industry. Indira loves to spend time with her family. She has two sisters, one of which is 8 minutes older than her. During her free time, she spends time with her niece and nephew.
During the Spring and Summer seasons, Indira loves to play tennis and spend a lot of time outdoors. Indira enjoys getting to know our patients and build long-lasting trust and rapport with them.
JESSICA - EF1/EF2 Lead Dental AssistanT
Jessica, a Minnesota native, graduated from SCTCC with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Assisting in 2017. As a registered dental assistant, she enjoys getting to know patients on a personal level and easing their dental fears. Her favorite part of dentistry is the evolved technology like being able to design, fabricate, and cement a crown in the same day.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler and golden retriever, Annie. They can often be found enjoying the outdoors in the summer and watching the NFL in the fall/winter (SKOL Vikings)! She loves warm weather, all things decor, and traveling.
Stacey - EF1 Registered dental assistant
Stacey graduated from Marshalltown Community College in 2013 with her Dental Assisting degree. As a RDA, she enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level and watching their smiles transform.
Outside of the office, Stacey enjoys traveling to see family in the Phillippines, taking hiking trips around the states, reading, biking, weight training, going to concerts, and spending time with her boyfriend and three cats: Aspen, Ciri, and Turbo. One of her new favorite hobbies is tending to her plants and learning more about them. She is excited to be a part of the GDG family!
Ashley - Registered dental Hygienist
Ashley is from Cedar Falls, where she graduated with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Hawkeye Community College in 2011. She strives to educate and help her patients feel more confident in their smiles. It is her goal to provide a comfortable and stress free environment while maintaining the highest standard of care.
Married in 2015, she and her husband are kept busy by three little boys, and would have it no other way. Ashley and her family have now been Des Moines residents for three years, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. She loves being a part of an awesome community, and loves to visit the farmers market on the weekends during the summer. She enjoys to grab breakfast and run through the Cowles Commons fountain with her boys.
Angela - Registered dental Hygienist
Angela graduated from DMACC with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 1996 after working in dentistry as a certified dental assistant for 10 years. Her passion and interest in dentistry started as a child when she would make her little sister play dental patient with her! Angela's favorite part of being a dental hygienist is educating patients about their oral health and seeing the "light" turn on when they understand how to take control of their health.
When she's not at the dental office, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and 5 grandsons. She also loves her goats and chickens, her flower beds, birdwatching, and riding her motorcycle. In the winter, you'll catch her binge watching Netflix or reading a good book!
Haley - Registered dental Hygienist
Haley graduated from DMACC in 2022 with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She loves the challenge of more involved cleaning and finds it incredibly rewarding to help patients turn their gum health around. After several years of hands-on clinical experience, she has transitioned to the front office to expand her knowledge in an administrative role. She enjoys the variety and embraces being a true "Jill of all trades".
Prior to discovering her interest in dentistry, Haley achieved an AAS degree in Culinary Arts. Outside of the office, you'll often find her in the kitchen baking her Great Grandma's famous sugar cookies. She enjoys traveling the world with her husband, loving her doodle pals, Millie & Milo, and diving into a good book. Haley loves being a part of the GDG crew and bringing a little personality to every day!
